To get legally married, a person who is not a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia must obtain certain official documents from their home country and acquire certified translations of these documents to later present them at the appropriate Registry in Slovenia.
Same goes for Slovene citizens who want to get married abroad – you will require your official documents to be translated from Slovene into the language of the country you want to get married in.
